Marker Kingpin 13 AT Binding

Marker created a whole new burly alpine touring binding with the Kingpin 13 AT Binding.  The Kingpin 13 is almost as light as a classic tech binding, but has the power and versatility of a traditional alpine ski binding.  Marker solved the problem of limited elasticity that has plagued old school tech bindings for years by substituting a pivoting cam-action, spring actuated heel for the traditional dual pin setup, and the results are spectacular.  The Kinpin also has a beefed up toe retention system, thanks to the addition of a third row of springs (traditional tech binding toes only use two). Fully ISO 13992 compliant, the new Kingpin 13 is the binding for alpine touring skiers that want a lightweight binding to handle long days of climbing, but still demand the reliability and performance to confidently send big vertical lines.
